Fascia Injury: Where are you referring to your fascia being torn? I am assuming you mean your plantar fascia on the bottom of your foot. 60-70% torn is quite extensive. You are listed as 72 years old so it may take 2 plus months to resolve. Make sure you get into some physical therapy so your ankle doesn't get weak. I like to use unloader boots which have an air bladder inside.
