I have hemorrhoids and can't get rid of them, why? i also have pelvic pain. ate they inter related?

There are several ways of treating them including diet, fiber and surgical intervention. Pelvic pain can come from ovarian cysts, endometriosis, tumors, infection(pid), diverticulitis, appendicitis, etc. A pelvic exam and ultrasound can help.
