You should see a GI doctor to see if a procedure needs to be done to get rid of them. In the meantime, it is important to control any constipation you have so you don’t need to strain when having a bowel movement. You may need medicine to treat constipation so that your stools are soft as this will help control the hemorrhoids. But, see a GI doctor for treatment. Good luck!
