Very rarely : hemorrhoids are veins that are located in anal canal. they may itch, burn, cause trouble with hygiene or billed. when they get very large they can cause significant bleeding, rare at your age. control constipation with fiber and if they continue to bother you, surgery is an option .

Resection: Hemorrhoids are varicose veins, There are external as well as internal forms which can thrombose, and even bleed. If conservative treatment including local salves and warm soaks dont work rubber banding or local surgical excision may have to be employed to eliminate them
