Not really: Often when you are hungry, you can make your hunger go away by drinking something. The brain will sometimes confuse hunger and thirst and tell you that you need to eat something when you are really in need of a drink. So, if you are hungry, drink first. Whether what you drink is hot or cold doesn't matter.
