Talk w/therapist: If you have a specific response to your work, it may help to talk with a professional about it. Could also help to talk with a trusted friend, as long as that friend truly hears you and honors your feelings without over-dramatizing them. A therapist can focus on your coming to possible solutions on your own, & can also assess for deeper levels of depression that need longer-term help.

Challenges at work: People can be dissatisfied with their jobs for a variety of reasons. For example, they may be under-challenged, object to the way their manager or supervisor treats others, or they may find the work overwhelming. When evaluating this "depression" with work, you'll benefit from determining what's causing your displeasure. Then, you can make a plan to resolve the matter. Keep moving forward.
