Why would i wake up so many times at night? I've been having this problem for weeks now - i wake up about every hour or so during the night. Awaken enough to note the time and i fall back asleep in a minute or two.
Doctor suspects I have sleep apnea. cause I snore once and wake up feeling without breath. He refered me for the test. My concern is will they notice if sleep apnea cause not every night happens approx 2 or 3 times a week?
