Varies: Pain on the inside of your knee can be from a variety of reasons, from arthritis to a knee sprain to an actual cartilage injury. If it does not improve within a week, you should get it looked at by a physician. In the meantime, ice, wrappping the knee and using tylenol (acetaminophen) of advil should help.
