Mi stomach aches badly, everything i eat sends me straight to the toilet i have no appetite?

Other symptoms common to ibs include bloating, flatulence, frequent/urge to have bm, early satiety, dyspepsia symptoms etc... Often = nuisances, but can be debilitating at times..
