Stomach ache x 1 wk: F/u/ w/ doc urgent care, may be gastritis, with or without H pylori or gallbladder, rarely pancreas lesion you did not mention if upper or lower abdomen but in lower abdomen could be diverticulitis or appendicitis depending on location or severe constipation, if female may be ovaries /uterus and if pain on urinating could be UTI f/u/ w/ doc
