Head Lumps: These lumps on the scalp could be what are called trichilemmal or pilar cysts which are the most common cyst of the skin and contain a thick substance consisting of dead skin cells, etc. But could also represent something more serious. You should see a dermatologist for an evaluation. Thanks.
