Benign lesions: Most likely, these moveable lesions are sebaceous cysts or possibly lipomas. If there is any secretion from them, a cyst is most likely. Sometimes these drain a foul smelling liquid. Advise to confirm with visit to dermatologist, who can surgically remove if they bother you.
