Why didn't th 3 heart catheterizations i have has find the asd or.pfo recently found on an echocardiogram?

CATH: Depends on the nature of the test. If all you had was a left heart procedure and coronary angiography, those tests would not show threads or pfo.

Did not look: Routine catheterization in adults image the coronary arteries, and perhaps the left ventricle and aorta. The atria are not imaged, and a pfo/asd would not routinely be seen.
