No: A PFO is very common is not associated with any other heart defects in most people.

Likely Not But: Probably not as I am assuming she was diagnosed with a pfo on an echocardiogram. Pfos are extremely common and not necessarily related to other heart disease. But please confirm this with your child's doctor.
