Sebaceous cyst?: Depending on how long you've had the bump on your head, it could be a sebaceous cyst (usually is there for months or years). The headaches probably have nothing to do with a bump on the surface of your scalp. Take a look at this video: http://www.Youtube.Com/watch?V=bby0kjtdjn8.
