Chronic pancreatitis: You need to be evaluated by a gastroenterologist (g). Chronic pancreatitis due to non-alcoholic causes can be due to high triglyceride levels in your blood or by gall stones. See a g, get examined and get answer to your problem.

Gall stones: It can happen if you have chronic gall stones, that can lead to chronic pancreatitis, autoimmune disease of the bil ducts and autoimmune pancreatitis can also occur.

Not really: Look for any of the other possible causes, including mild cystic fibrosis (this gets missed often, some carriers are affected), genetic mutated trypsinogen, autoimmune exocrine pancreatitis, a really bad gallstone experience, old trauma, some others. Get with your physician to track down the cause. Some say medical marijuana can be especially helpful -- you might ask. Good luck.
