Do NOT: Have a professional deal with drainage of pimples. To squeeze may spread infection and may lead to permanent scarring! use of moist warm compresses will help draw to a "head", then have a dermatologist deal with the proper drainage. Get a good quality skin care program from them to try to limit eruptions.
