About 2 weeks ago i had what what i thought was a cold sore on the corner of my mout now it is a pimple that keeps pussing up even after i pop it.

Sounds like: bacterial contamination (infection) of a herpes virus (cold sore) infection. Suggest you use hot MOIST packs and soak..(stop "popping" it let it drain naturally by soaking it) You could try local antibacterial ointment bwteen soaks , however you may need oral antibiotics.
