Yes: However, when the tubal reversal md discounts his/her fee, the usual stumbling block is that health insurance policies will not pay for that fee or the hospital bill. Many hospitals will accept only the full bill upfront for that procedure from the patient which can be substantial.

Most insurance carriers do not cover this procedure and it will likely be an out of pocket cost for you.
