Do i need my records from previous doctor to have tubal reversal?

They are helpful: I would always like to get a copy of the operative and pathology report if possible. If not, that is ok and you can still proceed. Prior to the surgery but at the surgery, i always do a diagnostic laparoscopy first to make sure that you have plenty of tubal segments on at else one side and preferably both prior to proceeding with the microsurgery.
