Why does your back cramps for no reason ?

Every thing have: Ery thing have reason but may be we do not know it, the cramps in the back have many reasons, inflamation, arthitis, scars etc.

Depends: There could be a few reasons. If there is irriation or injury to the lumbar spine and/or supporting structures the lumbar muscles will often spasm in reponse to this. Back spams can also occur when there is a problem with the kidneys or other pelvic organs.
