Hard to tell...: If a normal period doesn't come, and/or if pregnancy symptoms start to occur, one can do a pregnancy test (at least 3 weeks after when sex + conception might have occurred). If the test is negative, and one is still worried about pregnancy, a second test can be done a week after the first test. A primary care or ob-gyn doctor can help with any further concerns.
