Could dizziness and mild pain be related to diverticulitis?

No and Yes: Mild, and sometimes severe, left lower quadrant or suprapubic pain is common with diverticular inflammation. Dizziness is not usually associated with this disease, but, i suppose, if chronic occult blood loss has occurred, one could become anemic, which could lead to light-headedness. I hope this helps.
