Migraine?: May be the diagnosis here although may need check for anaemia (low iron) among other things. Your GP would be a great place to start for examination and if needed tests

See a Doctor: Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids. Your symptoms, at the age of 19 years old can represent fluid depletion or anemia with resulting low blood pressure. Even high blood pressure can sometimes cause these same symptoms. See a doctor to check your blood pressure and blood counts if drinking gator aide or some other fluid that has salt in it doesn't make your symptoms go away. Best wishes.

Needs evaluation: Headaches that occur constantly and associated with symptoms of dizziness should not be taken lightly. If this is happening more towards the evening it could be Tension headaches arising from the daily stressors of life. If this is happening intensely over a few months and then disappears this could Cluster headaches. However there are other sinister causes which can be ruled out by a CT scan
