Smoking: Yes, smoking increases your risk of emphysema, copd, lung cancer, heart disease and many other diseases. It is best to stop smoking immediately to minimize any potential risk from smoking.

Not that quick: Usually emphysema/ lung cancers occur after years of smoking. That does not justify your smoking. Since you started smoking just recently, please quit.
