Egd: Talk with your doc, if your symptoms warrant an upper endoscopy would be the best test.

Endoscopy and/or: Upper GI series with barium. Stomach cancer can be detected by visualization of the stomach through and endoscope and biopsy of suspicious lesions for examination by a pathologist. X-rays may detect an abnormality but endoscopy will be needed for biopsy.
