Not a good idea: 1. Up set stomach maybe worse 2. Dehydration vs needed hydration 3. One glass of wine and three glasses of water, a nutritious meal and bed rest.

Likely ok: While it is not recommended to take a depressant such as alcohol when one is already sick and the immune system is depressed potentially, there are no published case reports to date noting an liver or other organ damage from a little wine with amoxicillin.
