Can i not take my antibiotics for just one night so i can drink?

See below: Alcohol interacts with a few antibiotics such as Flagyl but can be taken while on most antibiotics if so desired. The alcohol should only be drunk in moderation and if you have a significant infection you should abstain until the infection is better. Do not skip any of your antibiotic doses.
