Soon: There is no reason to delay trying after stopping the pill. The low does pill is out of your system in a few days. It works by preventing ovulation, so it is a good sign it is gone if you ovulate and conceive. In fact sometimes your best chances are in the cycle right after stopping the pill. Be sure to be on your prenatal vitamin ahead of time and extra Folic Acid due to your age.
