Probably not: Doesn't sound like a miscarriage. If it was your (on-time) period but you had had a positive pregnancy test, then it would have been a very very early pregnancy, considered a chemical pregnancy. Technically a miscarriage, but before a clinically recognizable pregnancy had developed.
