Hard to tell: it is hard to tell with out the knowledge of your pregnancy test, if you had a positive pregnancy test and now you have started bleeding and of course after missing your period than yes it is a miscarriage but just delayed period with clots would not mean a miscarriage.

Were you pregnant: witha positive pregnancy test? if yes then yes. if no then may just be a longer cycle.
