Close your computer: and make an appointment to be seen at your PCP, ER or UC clinic.. I strongly advise an EKG for the chest pain and a cardiac workup.

Armpit pain: Do you feel any lumps? May be from cardiac, or gastritis with or without H pylori, , or costochondritis inflammation of ribs- usually at joint, tendon , or rare lymph node ( if lumps) , castlemans's, lymphoma or breast. Would check CXR, try rantitidine / prevecid for gastritis, check for H pylori as will need antibiotics, get EKG, possibly echo and stress test , mammogram . f/u/ w/ doc
