Any breast mass?: Most things that cause your symptoms will be benign (not cancer). It could be a fibroadenoma, lipoma, muslce strain etc. But you would need to be examined and most likely imaged. A doctor can take a thorough history and perform a breast exam and determine what is causing your symptoms.
