Im 27 i have this weird pain in my left breast that comes and goes, sometimes its pricking sometimes a dull ache and at times in armpit too.im worried?

Get examined : Good chance you have a muscle spasm / strain in the pectoralis muscle underneath the breast. Your doctor may order a mammogram to rule out breast issue. If just a muscle strain, treat with stretches and Ibuprofen or Naproxen.
