Yes: Most literature suggests that after two cycles (usually two months) the risk of complications with subsequent pregnancies is not increased. The risk of miscarriage is slightly higher for a women who conceives on the first or second ovulations after the end of any pregnancy, regardless of how that pregnancy ended.
