No: Unless you have a specific allergy to the flowers or their pollen or their scent that will cause you to react negatively, there is no evidence that Poinsettias are harmful to humans. I found nothing in the literature that suggests smelling them to be harmful to pregnancy. Yes, they are safe in the house, if you like that. Merry Christmas and congratulations.
