Maybe pinched nerve: This is difficult to answer without an exam, but if it is only your pinky that is numb, you might have a pinched nerve, possibly a pinched ulnar nerve. This is often pinched at the elbow by people that lean a lot on their elbows as the nerve comes up and over the outside of the elbow. You need to see a neurologist who can do an emg/ncs test and better determine the etiology.
