What are the signs that you have hyperhidrosis?

Inappropriate sweats: Hyperhidrosis refers to inappropriate sweating. Sweating with exercise, stress or menopause is not hyperhidrosis. True hyperhidrosis is associated with over function of sympathetic nerves going to the hands and feet causing constant sweating. Medications are of limited benefit. A home treatment, iontophoresis can help. Persistent symptoms need surgery of sympathetic ganglion.
