Are there any medicines for hyperhidrosis?

Yes: Topicals such as aluminum chloride (ie: drysol) help stop sweating temporarily but has to be reapplied daily to be effective. Botox injections help stop sweating for 6-9 months.

Yes: It depends what you mean by medecines. There are topical agents that require a perscription, and there are also a family of oral medications. Generally their effectiveness is limited.
