my skin is getting red, but i haven't broken a sweat yet. i'll shiver but i'm mostly very hot. should i take a cold shower?

Fever: You may be getting a fever or an infection. It is fine to take a shower, drink plenty of fluids and if you develop fever to take tylenol (acetaminophen). Call your doctor in the morning if you develop a sore throat or other symptoms.
