Please Clarify!: Your english is a bit rough. You may have a swollen lymph node behind your ear & it's causing some ringing in your ear. If this is the case then the problem is probably occuring in the ear. Dependng on how long this has been going on, it may be draining into the lymph node behind the ear & it could be an infection. If it is as hard as a stone then it could be serious, (a mass). See your doctor asap.
