My 3 yr old has a cough which keeps returning . he had tonsillitis a month ago snd now has a cough again and high temperature . what should i do?

Have him seen: It's hard to tell if he is having frequent, back-to-back illnesses or if he is having a recurrent infection that is not going away. If he is having a high fever and is acting ill, it's best to have him seen by your doctor. If he is having labored breathing, he should be seen right away.
