Hard to say: We can provide a better answer when you provide more information. Hormonals were first investigated to provide women relief from irregular periods or excessive menstrual flow. Birth control was a side effect that became one of their dominant uses. What your need is would determine what might work best for you. You are welcome to start over & provide more info.
