See a doctor: Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is an extremely rare disorder. Most people who think they have low sugar have symptoms like shakiness, anxiety, lightheadedness, fatigue that appear to get better when they eat. However, most of these people do not actually have low sugars during symptoms. You need to see a doctor about your symptoms.
