Many: Relaxation exercises, mindfulness meditation, yoga, light cardio exercise, massage, humor... The list is nearly endless. Herbal tea containing valerian root &/or chamomile can be calming. However, if anxiety persists it's better to address the cause(s) instead of just treating the symptoms. Consider psychotherapy to learn new ways of coping, or to uncover/address hidden causes of anxiety.

Stress: Talking therapy ranks really high. Cognitive behavioral therapy can be quite effective. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night ; good nutrition with 5 servings of veggies ; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, qi gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises ; meditation. Don't isolate - spend time with friends and stay active.
