Hurts bad: It used to be that in order to be diagnosed as migraine you had to have a specific set of symptoms. In the last year or two that has been changed and specialty society that determine such things re-defined migraine headache to be any severe headache. If you seek a dark room to lay down and are having to deal with nauseous then you are having the classical symptoms.
