A person with a severe headache, a weird headache, a recurrent headache, or a prolonged headache should see his primary care doctor. The doctor can check for causes such as sinus infections, artery inflammation, eye glaucoma, viral meningitis, etc... A specialist (neurologist, ophthalmologist, ...) is needed in some cases.
