Would a normal complete blood test show any major issues with your organs?

Not necessarily: A complete blood count will typically show abnormalities of the three types of cells in your blood....White cells, red cells and platelets. A CBC will not typically reveal many issues with your internal organs. A blood metabolic panel would be more prone to assessing the function of your major organs.
