Recovering from pneumonia, finished zpak last monday. pneumonia was cultured but no organisms found so they dont know what caused it. coughing majority blood in phlegm only in morning, regular clear phlegm rest of day. should i be concerned?

Work up, see PCP: TB and other bacterial causes including Strep pneumococcus should be excluded. Your symptoms are concerning, and please have additional screening to include SARS Cov-2 and influenza completed after seeing your PCP. A chest image and possible bronchoscopy may be indicated. Please seek medical care and a referral to Pulmonology.
