Work w/ a provider: I should only be your "call" to decide to begin the process - a pro needs to determine the pace for your safety. serotonin-syndrome is no joke. Also, while some do find a switch among SSRIs to be helpful - each has a list of side effects and response seems to be unique for each person. While you search - also try som CBT therapy - it may be the best bridge or alternative. No side effects at all.
